Refund policy
Damaged or defective items: If your game or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo at hello@alittlebithuman.com and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. No need to return the damaged item.
Unopened games: Sealed, unopened games can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. The game must arrive back in its original, sealed condition.
Opened games: Once a game has been opened, we cannot accept returns. We're sure you understand why letting someone return 200 loose cards in a sandwich bag would be a nightmare for everyone involved.
Merchandise: Mugs, coasters, apparel, and other merchandise can only be refunded if they arrive damaged or defective. Due to the print-on-demand nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
How refunds work: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item (or approving a damage claim). Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Order cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above.
