Products: We do our best to accurately represent our products through descriptions and images. Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences. Gentle Jack is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Pricing & availability: All prices are listed in USD (international currencies are shown as estimates based on current exchange rates). We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed. When it's gone, it's gone.

Orders: By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you've provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Intellectual property: All content on this site, including artwork, logos, game design, card text, and the Gentle Jack name, is the property of New Saga Media LLC and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability: New Saga Media LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Also, we're not responsible for what happens to your friendships during gameplay.
