Shipping policy

We ship Gentle Jack and all of our games from our warehouse in New Jersey, USA.

T-shirts and other merchandise are printed on demand and ship from partner fulfillment centers around the world. The $50 free shipping still applies to your whole cart.

Important: We offer free shipping on all orders above $50 UNLESS your location costs over $30 to ship to. We always try to facilitate the cheapest shipping options but, unfortunately, we can't offer free shipping to regions with extreme shipping costs.

Shipping rates below apply to games only. Merch and apparel shipping is calculated separately at checkout.

US orders: Flat rate $7.99 shipping. Free shipping on orders over $50. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days depending on where you are.

International orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times vary by country, typically 10-20 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We don't have control over what your country charges at the door.

Order tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If it's been a while and tracking hasn't updated, give it a couple of days. Carriers sometimes lag on scans. If something seems genuinely lost, email us at hello@alittlebithuman.com and we'll sort it out.

Damaged shipments: If your order arrives looking like it went through a haunted house (and not in the fun way), send us a photo and we'll get you a replacement. See our Return Policy for details.
